Safe Access Tennessee supports the Medical Cannabis Program legislation proposed by Senator Steve Dickerson and Representative Bryan Terry in SB 2334/HB2454 – The Clinical Cannabis Authorization and Research Act.
Developing legislation is a difficult and challenging balancing act between many interests. We have been influential in the development of this legislation but have had to accept some provisions we prefer were not in the bill. That’s politics and the legislative process. It’s not perfect but it is fine legislation that provides many Patient protections.
